What's the difference between a deep clean and a regular clean?
A deep clean is recommended for all first cleanings by Lulo. This allows us extra time to clean all of the areas that have been missed during previous cleanings and establish a standard for our cleaners to maintain. We clean all household surfaces including blinds, outlet covers, trim, fan blades, ovens, refrigerators, and disinfect the home. Most customers switch to a standard bi-weekly cleaning after the initial deep clean.
What happens if I need to reschedule?
We understand that life happens and request that you cancel within two business days so our team can rearrange their schedules. Last minute cancellations will incur a fee which is detailed in our company policy.
Do I need to be in the home while you clean?
No, you don’t need to be present while we clean your home. Most of our customers prefer to leave their location while our cleaners are working. You can leave us with a key or provide a garage code. Our cleaners will lock up when they’re done.
Who provides the cleaning supplies?
We ask that you provide a vacuum cleaner to avoid cross contamination between homes, otherwise our teams are equipped to handle any standard clean. If you have cleaning supplies that you prefer, you are welcome to supply our team with those items and we can let you know when it’s time to restock the supply.
What if I’m not satisfied with my cleaning?
If you are not 100% satisfied please notify us within 24 hours so we can schedule a free re-clean. Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us and if your standards are not met, we will come back and clean until you are happy with the result. Can my pet stay in the home while the cleaners are cleaning?
Yes, you can leave your pet in the home. We ask that they be secured in a location that our cleaners will not be actively working in such as a garage or spare bedroom. We want our cleaners and your pet to feel comfortable and safe while we clean.
